The seven-story Wychwood building contains a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. The building is organized into four separate wings, each serviced by its own elevator. This gives the residential floors of the building an intimate, private feeling in contrast to the grandeur of the lobby.
Each of the sunny apartments in the Wychwood building is designed in the classic pre-war style. Layouts include high ceilings, hardwood floors, decorative detailing, and generous room sizes.
