Waconia Dance Company
Waconia Dance Company is owned by Amy Segner and Jenny Peitz. Our focus is to help develop well rounded dancers. We strive to improve on each dancers individual strengths while pushing them to achieve new concepts and techniques. It is important to our staff to develop individual relationships with each of our dancers. WDC implements many different strategies to develop independent and confident dancers. We have a parent viewing area in the lobby so families can enjoy watching their dancer while supporting their independence during class. Each of our classes begin with a question of the day to encourage our dancers to speak in the group and build community relationships. To wrap up each of our classes we hold a fun dance party with disco lights so our dancers can improv, show their own moves, and encourage the fun in dance.
