Wayne Wells, founded W W Welding over 30 years ago. Wayne started as the only employee with the company for the first couple of years. As the word got around about Wayne’s quality work he started getting more jobs than one person could handle so he started hiring more welders.

In 2009, Wayne incorporated the company. Since that time the company has seen substantial growth.

​Even after 30 years you will still find Wayne Wells out on the job site welding alongside the other welders from W W Welding.
