Total Assurance, Inc. was established on January 5, 2004. Our purpose is to provide people with developmental disabilities with alternative options for their supports and services. Our primary focus is for all participants of Total Assurance to live to their full potential. We are committed to the principles of Self-Determination and Personal Outcomes. We strongly believe that people with developmental disabilities are empowered when they experience independence in life areas that they haven’t experienced before.
