During that time, he has closed over 6,000 loans totaling over $1 billion and has been nationally recognized as a top performer by several magazines in the industry such as The Scotsman’s Guide, Mortgage Executive Magazine, and Mortgage Originator Magazine. Manuel is driven by his care for people and has adopted the philosophy of “People before Profits and Reputation before Revenue.” He believes that every client is a “client for life”. He understands navigating the mortgage world can be complicated, so he ensures that every client knows their financial position and understands what their options are when making the largest financial transaction of their lives. He believes it is his fiduciary responsibility to help his clients manage this debt and continue to help them grow their wealth over time. Manuel and his wife Teresa reside in Chino Hills, California. He feels blessed to have three amazing children.
