Taquería Guadalajara was created in the home of the Bobadilla Family, originally from the State of Jalisco, Mexico. The first location was established northwest of the City, on FM 620, and although it was not a focal center where the Hispanic or Mexican community resided, it became a favorite place for the variety of its dishes, the quality of its flavor and of course the extraordinary treatment of its staff. Omar Bobadilla, current owner, was part of this growth from its beginnings. Being a family restaurant with very Mexican values and principles; The family was part of the work team, Omar being a member who, with his dedication and love for the industry, developed in all positions within the restaurant, from dishwasher, waiter to the most extraordinary and dedicated cook.
