Streibert Associates is located in one of the most picturesque spots on all of Cape Cod. The firm was located in Newton, Massachusetts for many years, and successfully completed projects in Boston, west to Sudbury, south to Scituate, north to Essex and even into New Hampshire. Now on Cape Cod, projects off-cape can still be fully serviced.
Sam Streibert is the principal at Streibert Associates and, with an experienced staff of three, we can address any residential project from new houses to renovations, and additions. Working in Chatham’s historic Old Village, we have completed many restorations.
Normally, the principal will make an appointment to visit the house or site and sit with the clients to listen to their wish list and concerns. At that time, we will discuss what solutions might be the best fit and how the design would proceed, whether any permitting will be required, and the process of completing construction drawings so that contractor’s prices can be obtained. Of course, fees can be estimated. “Projects should look like they always belonged.”
