Southlake Psychiatry, PC is the business name for Dr. Thomas Fitzgerald MD’s out-patient Psychiatric practice. We have now been in our new office suite occupying the third floor of the Lake Davidson Offices building in Davidson, North Carolina since February 2008.  We are now happily settled in our permanent home and appreciate your interest in our practice.

The new office is within easy access of the greater Charlotte area at exit 30 off of I-77, providing the peaceful charm of expansive views of Lake Norman and Lake Davidson.
