Silver Spring Ambulance & Rescue Association provides emergency medical services within the primary service area of Silver Spring Township and segments of Middlesex Township located in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. Silver Spring Ambulances provide Basic Life Support (BLS) emergency medical services responding to 911 emergency dispatches. Silver Spring Ambulance partners with Paramedics from Holy Spirit Emergency Medical Services for Advanced Life Support (ALS) services.

Silver Spring Ambulance was recognized by the Pennsylvania Emergency Health Services Council and the Pennsylvania Department of Health for meeting the standards of the Master-level Voluntary Pediatric Recognition Program.
