Ground has broken, construction is underway, and the first families have moved into the Silver Ranch subdivision. The sprawling 1,200-acre development is located in northeast Bismarck and is the brainchild of Chad Wachter and Jamie Schmidt of Investcore, Inc and the Silbernagel family, long-time residents and owners of the Silver Ranch land. This group, assisted by a myriad of experts in their respective fields, has big plans for the development and are looking forward to expanding Bismarck’s footprint with their thoughtfully master planned development.
