Since 1984
Sherwood Construction, incorporated in 1984, provides quality construction services for new construction, rehabs and renovations. In the 1980’s, Sherwood demonstrated its creativity while working on historical renovation projects. From this, the company branched out into new construction and H.U.D. program low-income housing work. Since its beginnings, Sherwood has worked with investors who rely on our knowledge of making properties a well-performing asset.
The key to working with Sherwood Construction is that the company understands the many risks inherent in the industry. These are critical to know and address because they can all come back to haunt the clients and property owners. These risks may include having liens encumbering a property, working inefficiently because of poor pre-planning, poor design and especially, the risk of injury to workers. Our mission is to protect the owner’s investment in, and enhance the value of the property, with its improvements.
