Doug and Diana share their home and four acres with five dogs – Strider the Aussie, Reuben, Oberon Nd Ravyn the Rotties, and Tilly Bean the terrier mix.
Diana and Doug have an extensive professional background in training and education that enables them to work effectively with people of all ages and backgrounds. They began teaching Dog Obedience and Therapy Dog classes in 1995 and in 1997 added agility to their curriculum. In 1998 they opened Seattle Agility Center and began providing agility classes 7 days a week to the Seattle area. In January of 2003, Seattle Agility Center moved to the beautiful new agility arena in Maple Valley, currently serving 230 + students at any given time. In 2010, the full-time indoor obedience studio was added providing a complete 7 day a week obedience schedule. In 2011 K9 Nose Work classes were added to the Seattle Agility Center curriculum. Now 65 Sniffers have joined Seattle Agility Center’s active group. In 2016 K9 Dexterity Parkour and Rally Obedience were added to the great training options available.
