Seaview Village is a 55 and over adult community located in Brick, New Jersey. We are a deed restricted community that is governed by Articles of Incorporation, Covenants, Bylaws, Rules, and Regulations. An elected Board of Trustees and a professional management team work on behalf of all Seaview Village residents to oversee the daily operations, as well as protect the homeowners’ investment and maintain property values.
