Saint James Missionary Baptist Church is a multi-generational church that sits in the Afro-Centric City of Riviera Beach, Florida, in proximity to some of the finest beaches in South Florida. Saint James serves Riviera Beach, Palm Beach County and beyond. The church maintains a relevant Youth Church and a plethora of ministries as it seeks positive transformation in prophetic ministry.
The rich history and stability of Saint James can be identified in its fifty-five (55) year history where the church has had only two Pastoral Leaders, the founding Pastor, Dr. A. H. Lockett (Emeritus, 32 years) and the current Pastor, Dr. Tony F. Drayton (23 years). The church’s motto is, “The church striving to be the light of the community.”
