Riverside RV Resort is a family-owned and operated business.

Don and Carolyn Derricott and their family came to Brookings and bought Riverside RV Resort in 1995. They worked tirelessly to build a beautiful facility and create a warm, friendly RV community. They dedicated their heart and soul to make their dream become a reality. Their daughter Debbie Newsome and her husband Ladd are continuing their dream. They live on-site and manage the resort.
