The River Bluff High School Band was founded in 2013, alongside the opening of River Bluff High School as Lexington School District One’s newest high school. The River Bluff High School Band was formed under the direction of Ken Turner, a veteran teacher that previously taught as Director of Bands at White Knoll, Irmo and Chapin High Schools in addition to Kelly Mill and Irmo Middle Schools.
