RACQUET CLUB HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION
The Racquet Club Homeowner’s Association is a private community. The streets, signs, street lights, poles and storm water system in the community are all privately owned by the Racquet Club Homeowner’s Association. We as a community are responsible for the maintenance and repair of those items. That includes: the maintenance of the grass in the common areas, the pavement that we drive on, the stop signs and street signs throughout the community, the electricity used in the street lights, and the insurance that covers our common areas.
