Olympia is an “over age 55” adult community near the center of Strongsville, Ohio. Conveniently located northwest of the intersections of Route 42 (Pearl Rd.) and Route 82 (Royalton Rd.), Olympia is only minutes away from shopping, fine dining, award-winning golf courses, and the Cleveland Metroparks. A 15,000 square foot clubhouse is the focal point of the development. Clubhouse amenities include a heated indoor pool and sauna, well-equipped fitness center, locker rooms, library, multi-purpose room, kitchen, dining room and card/game room. Outdoor amenities include a tree-lined, asphalt-paved walking path, and a bocce ball court. These facilities are available to all homeowners, their families and guests (with restrictions as to time of day). As an Olympia homeowner, each owner also owns a share of all the common facilities.
