Oaks Family Care Center
Oaks family care centers is a Human Service Agency dedicated to providing quality team based services to developmentally disabled adults. Our focus is to enable persons to choose a living environment in accordance with specific needs and functioning levels, through offering various options for individuals needing support. We have five community based residential facilities in the Green Bay area for those who need home like settings that promote individuality, personal choice, and inner growth.
Each home is licenses by the State of Wisconsin and may serve six to eight individuals. Qualified staff are available in the homes whenever residents are present and in need of redirection or assistance in their everyday routines.
