In NAWIC, we believe that each woman and her job are important. There is no distinction among the membership as to the importance of one woman’s job over another. NAWIC is a member-driven organization with governance by representative using an elected Board of Directors at both the Chapter and National level. The organization is self-governing, non-profit, non-sectarian, non-partisan, and has no affiliation with any religious, fraternal or labor group.
