MYAKKA VALLEY RANCHES
Myakka Valley Ranches offers a way of life all its own. The subdivision is comprised of approximately three hundred 5+ acre parcels, with privately owned and maintained paved roads. The area is designed to accommodate horses, with easements on both sides of the 17 miles of paved roads designated as riding trails as well as several miles of other trails winding through our neighborhood. The roads have low traffic which creates an ideal setting for bike riding and jogging. Two private waterfront parks are located within the subdivision for residents’ use.
