WE STRIVE TO worship God, using the Bible as our authority for truth.
We express our faith by striving to live a life of prayer, biblical study, godly living, and service to others.
By allowing our lives to daily reflect the light of Jesus Christ, we give praise and glory to God.
Sunday morning Bible classes and worship services afford us the opportunity to share God’s praise together as one body through the Lord’s Supper, singing, prayers, and sharing God’s Word.
As Jesus said, “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.” (Matthew 22:37)
Loving Family
WE STRIVE TO maintain unity within the body of Christ.
We do this by encouraging spiritual growth, mutual respect, and personal interaction.
We value every person.
Because we care for one another, we share not only in the physical but also in spiritual and emotional needs.
We welcome God’s indwelling Holy Spirit to transform our lives and provide confidence for our hope.
“Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.” (Ephesians 4:2-3)
Loving Neighbors
WE STRIVE TO imitate the love of God to others since He first loved us.
We invite our neighbors to join in our Bible studies and worship as we praise God and share the Gospel of His Son, Jesus Christ.
We open our hearts and doors to all who seek a better relationship with God and His Son by serving where needed while working to grow the Kingdom of God.
Our vision is to bring in the harvest by adding many to the body of Christ from all diversities in Muscatine and throughout the world.
Jesus said, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few.” (Luke 10:2)
