MOSELEY MILL
The Mill has been privately owned by the Moseley family for over twenty years and has been fully refurbished from its historic 1890’s use as a felt mill into industrial chic office, retail and flex space.
Today over 30 small businesses call it home with 60% having leased with us for ten years or longer. It’s a bustling local community with up to 1200 unique visitors each week in addition to an average of 250 employees working on the premises daily when fully staffed.
Tom Moseley bought the building back in 2000 while he was a tenant manufacturing restaurant cabinetry. Most of the building was in disrepair. So brick by brick, Tom renovated it for commercial use while retaining the historic landmark’s original design.
We attract tenants who appreciate the benefits of designing their own unique office environment and the organic networking opportunities the mill community offers.
Seven acres of landscaped grounds provide an inspiring backdrop for all our tenants to enjoy. Common areas with benches and picnic tables invite an opportunity for fresh air during breaks and lunch.
Located within walking distance to both the Franklin Commuter Rail and Historic Downtown Franklin. The mill boasts ample parking and is just minutes away from 495. Responsive on premise building management and GC services are provided as needed, making leasing at the Mill carefree.
