Welcome to MINDSET 180 Fitness and Nutrition Center! We are not your normal Training and Nutrition facility! MINDSET180 is a fully functional training and Nutrition facility located in Pompton Plains, NJ and are happy to offer our services and expertise in your Health and Wellness journey. We offer over 40 plus specialty programs designed by our seasoned coaches to fit your needs. Mindset 180 offers a wide range of programs such as: a variety of class programs, Small Group Team Training Programs, One on One Personal Training sessions both 60 or 30 min durations, and an affordable Nutrition Program to tie this all into your optimal results. Our tried and true system are based off over decades of years, various degrees and of cumulative experiences shared between our Coaches/Personal Training Team and Nutritionists. We pride ourselves on setting up our clients for safety and success first and foremost. We are dedicated to helping our clients achieve and maintain long-term goals. Fortitude conquers all things! Our “MINDSET” is the most Powerful tool we carry, this is our starting point with you. We at MINDSET180 are advocates who devote to instill in all our clients the key ingredients to achieving your optimal goals and results safely and effectively by: Implementing a Physical Fitness training or group class program fit just for you, credible Nutrition Specialists on board providing guidance, structure, strategic planning and customized meal programs (absolute no tolerance for FAD or get skinny quick dieting) that fit your lifestyle, and how to live a Healthy Lifestyle outside the Training facility by using the tools, proper channels, mindset we instill in you.
