Mid Continental Building Corporation is a professional homebuilding and remodeling company in Chicago, Illinois. We specialize in updating historic homes and building new homes that fit each of Chicago’s unique neighborhoods. We also provide schematic design and pre-construction consulting services. Mid Continental was founded in 2001 by Eamonn McCauley. Eamonn has over 35 years of experience in complex design-build real estate projects. He earned his BS in Civil Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology and worked with many of the city’s large firms before founding Mid Continental. He has worked as both a civil engineer and construction manager and managed the development of over 300 condominiums and apartments.
