Located in the heart of the historic district in downtown Natchitoches, Merci Beaucoup has been a local hot spot for lunch since opening in 1991. Johnny Wayne & Rose Cox started the restaurant in the early 90’s on Front Street, and after a few years relocated to our present location, 127 Church Street, next to the old Nakatosh Hotel.  Johnny Cox Jr. now owns and operates Merci Beaucoup Restaurant with Rose Cox next door at Merci Beaucoup Gift Shop in the renovated Nakatosh Hotel.
