Medical Missions-Christ Community
Since 2006, our volunteers have provided quality health care in a manner that reflects the love of Christ. Our clients are low income (under 200% of Federal Poverty Level) and uninsured or under-insured. We serve multiple counties in the greater Lake of the Ozarks region.
All patients are treated with respect, regardless of financial or social circumstances. Services are provided by volunteers at no charge to the patient and include:
Primary medical care
Basic dental services
Prescription assistance
Chiropractic care
Nutritional counseling
Eyecare
Mammograms
Referrals
Chaplain services
Other related services
We also have a Shepherding Program that helps connect people with health-related needs to the appropriate resources for equipment, supplies, and services.
