Magazine A Praça is a new project by David Loureiro that aims to reach several Portuguese and English-speaking communities.
David Loureiro is another emigrant who lives in the USA, more precisely in Bristol, Rhode Island, who, even far from his homeland (Água de Pau), always has Portugal in his heart.
David Loureiro, a recognized and successful businessman, with Magazine A Praça , in a refreshed editorial line, aims to be a link between all those who have immigrated, but also those who are descendants of emigrants who like and want to be connected to the land of their family origin .
This new project, in magazine format, has as its primary mission to inform, highlighting the various corners and places where a Portuguese person can be found, recounting the heroic deeds of the children of the Portuguese homeland who chose new places to live and have better living conditions, without forget to narrate the deeds of those who also stayed in Portugal, especially the Azores, a land of lava that let many of its illustrious people leave for the USA, Canada, Bermuda, Brazil… In short, in every piece of land in the world there are those who speak the language of Camões, fearless men and women who in the square want to give a voice, because it is also theirs that the history of the Azores and Portugal is made. As we are a country of emigrants and also of emigration, it is our obligation as a magazine to listen to those who make this homeland a great nation.
Magazine A Praça has no religion, political color, sex or race. It is a magazine for everyone and for everyone. We want to share ideas, collect testimonies, deep down we want to listen to people and give an account of their desires, their desires, their projects so that we can achieve a better world together, always based on the prerogative that we all have to preserve our cultural identity .
This publication contains dreams, disappointments, but above all we want to be a magazine that deals with customs, traditions, politics, health, among other areas, always in a positive way, because even in the hardships of life we can always achieve see the other side, that of victory instead of defeat, that of happiness instead of sadness… We want it to be this way but for that we count on each one of you who can share with us the wonders of life, the fruit of work and ambition, so that we are always close, regardless of the seas that separate us.
