Mr. Jarvis started his company in 1983 soon after he retired from the Marine Corps with 20 years of service where he served 16 of those years as a Counterintelligence Specialist.
Headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Jarvis Inc. has conducted business throughout the United States as well as several foreign countries.
Through government training and experience Ray became an expert in the areas of Technical Intelligence Operations. Ray formed his company to provide this type of training to federal, state and local law enforcement agencies. The first courses offered at the Jarvis Training Academy were Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM), Telephone Tapping, Audio Intercept, Covert Entry and Video Operations.
The immediate success of the training academy presented opportunities for the company to expand into providing additional courses of instruction and security services. Jarvis expanded into providing security consulting services, technical surveillance countermeasures services (TSCM), covert/overt camera installations, security guard services, executive protection, investigative services, and research and development of “special” products in the areas of covert entry tools and covert listening devices for intelligence/law enforcement agencies.
