ITB CONSTRUCTION
ITB Construction is a small, family-owned construction business started in 1993 by Bruce and Pat Mourfield. The majority of ITB staff has been with the company for over a decade. With 25 years of prior industrial construction experience, Bruce set out to create spaces with the upmost quality, preferring to build or remodel one home at a time instead of piecing together entire neighborhoods. He is a licensed general contractor by the state of Tennessee. Bruce holds both his plumbing and electrical licenses, and he specializes in kitchens and bathroom remodels, including custom tile work. In the last 20 years, ITB Construction has built over 25 homes in the East Tennessee area. All of the new constructions done by ITB are built with energy-saving materials.
