ISO is short for Isolated Power, which in baseball is a statistic measuring the raw power of a hitter by taking only extra-base hits and the type of extra base hit into account.
ISOlated also means to set apart, unique or exceptional.
Whether its off season training or in season, at ISO Academy our ultimate goal is to get players to understand functional movement. We strive to provide athletes in Owensboro and the tri-state area with a unique and exceptional Baseball and Softball Academy.
