Inspectron, Inc. was organized in 1996 by Ron Wasmund, the company president, to provide quality Building Code Compliance services to municipalities. Since 1996, Inspectron, Inc. worked on a variety of building projects, both commercial and residential, with over 40 cities, townships, and jurisdictions. Our combined years of service provide Inspectron, Inc. the knowledge necessary to help identify the needs of the community. We administer and perform all functions of Building and Zoning Code compliance and administration, Rental Housing Inspection Programs, and Individual Sewage Treatment systems. By working with community leaders, property owners, and contractors, we ensure protection of the health, safety, and welfare of the community.
Our friendly, professional staff is ICC, MPCA, and Minnesota Certified. Inspectron, Inc. is a member of the 10,000 Lakes Chapter of Building Officials, Central Minnesota Code Officials, International Code Council (ICC), National Fire Protection Association, (NFPA), and the Minnesota Building Permits Technicians Association (MBPTA).
Our headquarters is located in Rosemount, Minnesota. We have a satellite office in Waite Park, Minnesota. The offices are linked to our permit and inspection software hosted on the server in Rosemount. Employees can be reached by phone, cell phone, email, and voice messaging to ensure our availability to the public.
