HTL Advantage is a three county economic development coalition that began with a set of specific goals on how to improve existing businesses and how to bring new industries into Haywood, Tipton, and Lauderdale (HTL) counties.
HTL has worked with several other organizations and businesses to make their aspirations a reality. Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), the local electric service providers, Tennessee Economic Development Council (TEDC), West Tennessee Industrial Association (WTIA), Real Estate Disposition Corporation (REDC), local Chambers of Commerce and schools all contributed to HTL Advantage’s successes.
