Health Partners Inc.
We are a charitable clinic dedicated to helping families within our community; serving Charles County and the surrounding area. Health Partners was founded in 1992 by Sisters Michaeleen and Gladys Marie of the Sisters of Holy Cross. in 1996, the clinic moved into the Old Waldorf School. We are an independent Non-Profit Organization with a volunteer Board of Directors.
Our medical clinic and dental clinic all rely on dedicated volunteers to ensure the delivery of quality care. Our volunteer providers are well trained and our staff is always welcoming and willing to help how ever we can.
