OUR MISSION
The mission of Hanover Community Support Services, Inc. is to help meet the needs of Hanover County citizens by providing financial resources to support the development and expansion of independent/community living and respite care options for individuals with developmental disabilities, emotional and mental health challenges, and/or challenges with substance use disorder.

OUR STORY
Founded in 1991, Hanover Community Support Services (HCSS) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization which provides financial support to citizens with developmental disabilities, mental health challenges, and substance use disorder in Hanover County, Virginia. HCSS works collaboratively with Hanover County Community Services Board (CSB) to identify and support individuals, caregivers, and families in need of assistance.
