We are an internal medicine practice offering a team approach to primary care services along with specialized diabetes management and management of thyroid disease under the guidance of a Mayo Clinic trained endocrinologist. We have 2 certified diabetic educators on staff as well as a cardiologist and a registered local pharmacist. We have worked to foster relationships with other speciality practices and community services, and offer alternative visit modalities. We provide comprehensive primary care with an emphasis on addressing the unique health needs of each patient.
