With over seventeen years of experience in Florida construction, principal and president Kenneth M. Tumlin has led Great Southern Constructors to become a recognized leader throughout Florida. Comprising a select team of contractors, field superintendents and office support personnel, Great Southern Constructors possesses all of the necessary resources, equipment and manpower to meet each client’s specific project needs.
As builders in commercial construction, we leave our mark—quite literally—on the communities in which we work. We see it as both an opportunity and a responsibility. When we build, we build safely, intentionally, and with a sense of place in mind.
