David and Eric Wood co-founded Computer Software Group (CSG) in 1995 which revolutionized the insurance industry with the introduction of Group Quote. In 1999, CSG was purchased by Marsh & McLennan Capital, Inc. and J.P. Morgan as part of a new venture, Benefit Port.
