Welcome to Franco & Vinny’s, Fort Lauderdale’s world-famous “Pizza Shack” restaurant serving affordable made-from-scratch Italian entrees and artisan pizzas.
We use the freshest ingredients, spices, imported olive oils, and meats from local butchers who provide us with the highest quality cuts. Franco and Vinny’s seafood comes from the finest fishmongers in South Florida and our chef selects day-boat catches for his daily specials.
Our bread and rolls are baked every afternoon on-site and our secret recipe pizza dough is crafted in small batches, allowed to rise and is hand-tossed.
