First Community is a discipleship-training center where people of all ages, gender, and ethnicity learn how to live victoriously in this ungodly world. We envision a ministry in which Devoted Disciples of Christ, mature in their faith, are joyfully serving the Lord and passing on the historic Christian faith to others. These new disciples will, in turn, be trained to experience the same and train others. (2 Timothy 2:2) First Community seeks to make Caring disciples for Christ while meeting the basic, social, and material needs within our community. We intend to use creative, innovative, and spiritually impactful methods to reach the various people groups in the Tri-state communities and beyond.
