Since our founding in 2004, Extreme Machining has grown from just a 900-square-foot shop housing a waterjet to a 70,000-square-foot facility that accommodates numerous pieces of equipment. In addition to the waterjet, the company has purchased a Haas vertical milling machine, a 400-ton press brake, a 14’ x 44’ high definition plasma table, and a CNC lathe. We also have an angle roll and a large plate roll, as well as a variety of welding equipment. Our large inventory of plate and bar products allows us to continue to supply our customers with the same quick turnaround and service that the company was founded on. This diversification of equipment and our expertise has given us the capability to use a variety of materials to fabricate products, whether it’s from a complex drawing or even a hand sketch. We then arrange shipment worldwide for the finished product for our customers.
In 2010, Extreme Machining became an American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) certified company. With the addition of the ASME certifications U and S and National Board Stamp R, the company can conduct all the steps necessary to produce quality, certified pressure vessels, and piping. The company became a leading supplier of fabricated parts to crews working on above ground oil storage tanks.
