Desert Contracting LLC is a mechanical and plumbing contractor serving the southwest. We provide top quality service and worksmanship for all your commercial and residential needs. We have over 30 years of experience in the area. Having been a part of thousands of projects bringing much needed schools, banks, military installations, and many other kinds of projects to West Texas and New Mexico over that time. Located in east El Paso, our office handles project management, manufacturing, and receiving to provide our field teams the infrastructure and support they require.
Desert Contracting was started in 2006 by owner and president Pablo Ornelas. His experience working in the southwest since his early 20s has allowed him to gain invaluable first hand experience as well as fostering great partnerships with suppliers and contractors in the area. His experience working as a project manager prior to starting the company, gave him the skills needed to handle many day-to-day tasks for the company. From accounting to bidding to project management he provides support to all parts of the company. All projects undertaken by Desert Contracting are overseen and managed by him providing contractors and owners the support needed to complete projects on time and of the utmost quality.
