DELRAY LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
Delray Lakes is the only single family gated community east of I-95 and in very close proximity to downtown Delray Beach, Florida. Our community was completed in the early 2000’s, and the original residents knew they had found a rare gem.
The amenities available to members of the Association include a community pool, tennis court, poolside tables and lounge areas and shared community space. Also, remotely monitored home security systems, digital cable television, and high speed internet are included in the monthly dues. The gated entry and boat storage areas are also backed up with video monitoring. There is a private boat ramp onto Lake Ida to cruise and enjoy the large open waters of the lake.
Tree lined streets and sidewalks add to the neighborhood’s charm. Delray Lakes is a great community to call home.
