The process is smooth and simple. We first start with an extensive search based on the specifications you or your insurance company provides us. Once a temporary housing property has been located, we negotiate a lease on your behalf and send it to the adjuster for approval. After approval has been given, we schedule a tour of the house for your family to decide if this can be your new temporary home. Our team expedites the process by either furnishing the home fully, to writing up the lease paperwork and even giving you the option to sign digitally to add even more convenience.
