• We protected workers at Conduent from lay-offs
• Won yearly rate increases for activity-based compensation at Conduent
• Won the right for all workers to be represented by a union at Conduent
• Secured some of the best wages, benefits, and working conditions in all of New York for Verizon workers
• We were instrumental in fighting for paid sick leave, family leave, and universal pre-K in New York City
