Coral Construction Inc. has been renovating and building homes in Charlotte since 1981. I am Damon Rumsch, owner of Coral Construction. My commitment to you is to personally ensure that you will receive the finest quality of workmanship, adhere to the established schedule, maintain our agreed-on budget, and provide you with great customer service.
I worked alongside my crews for the first 6 years until the work load required that I step out of the field to manage the construction. In the years that followed I have handpicked a group of loyal sub-contractors that I found to be the best group of craftsmen in the Charlotte area.
At the beginning of your job, with the subcontractors’ input, I will draw up a time line establishing a completion date and provide you with milestones that will help us monitor the progress together. This schedule will also provide you with deadlines on choices you must make such as selection of cabinetry, plumbing and electrical fixtures and other finishes.
With the subcontractors’ and vendors’ pricing and a list of realistic allowances for the finishes you have not yet chosen, I will present you with a budget for which I can build your project.
Coral Construction’s outstanding customer service distinguishes us in an industry riddled with customer dissatisfaction. I will try to anticipate your concerns and respond quickly; whether it is an inquiry for pricing a change in plan, a request for specific job site condition, or an emergency.
All this is to say that with a watchful eye, a respect for budget, and a tenacity to maintain the schedule, I will minimize surprises and try to make every renovation or homebuilding project I do a pleasurable experience for everyone involved.
