Coffey Group Architecture, LLC (as the successor firm to Daniel P. Coffey & Associates, Ltd.) has a tradition of design and service excellence since 1984. It is the recipient in 2003/4 of the prestigious designation as American Institute of Architecture’s, Chicago Firm of the Year. From its inception, the firm has operated nationally with completed projects and consulting assignments coast to coast. The firm has developed a diverse practice with projects ranging in size from $100,000 to $500,000,000. The majority of the firm’s projects are fairly complex and have had high visibility in their respective communities. The results have been lauded for producing a significant and lasting beneficial effect on the surrounding environment and for the people that use them. The firm is consistently recognized with awards for its design and leadership.

Design Presentations are developed “in-house” and utilize sophisticated, highly realistic computer-generated animations that allow simulated walkthroughs and flyovers of our designs. Simultaneous utilization of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools allows us to efficiently create, test, and measure designs and their efficiencies and quantities in a 3-Dimensional environment. Our processes and systems are supported with a powerful and fully linked network that allows for optimal efficiency in the delivery of projects to our clients.
