Over the last 40 years, we have had the pleasure of working with a lot of great families transforming their ideas and dreams into a finished product. Sometimes, however, people don’t need to have a complete remodel or an addition to their home. Sometimes they just want to build their dream kitchen, or simply give their existing bathroom a facelift. We truly enjoy the challenge of bringing new life to an existing space. We understand the demands of these smaller projects and work with each individual to ensure the end result is, at the very least, what they were visualizing at the beginning. Our goal is to not just meet but exceed the expectations of our clients.
The smallest item in a remodel can make a big difference if it is overlooked or ignored. On the other hand, when the time is taken to finish the detail properly, a wonderful statement can be made. These details are sometimes included in the architectural drawings, but just as often they are tucked away in a homeowners’ mind. We work closely with our clients to ensure that we help translate their ideas into reality, within the framework of the approved plans and specifications. Individuals often see their projects differently when looking at it two-dimensionally on a set of architectural drawings than once it is actually built. Usually, they are pleasantly surprised, but in some cases, it does not feel like they hoped it would. It is our desire to help them correct these issues whenever possible.
