Dr. Brent has been providing psychiatric services in central PA for eighteen years. She provides psychiatric evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults, as well as independent evaluations for school consultation. Her diagnostic impressions and treatment approaches are thorough and broadly based. The provided treatment interventions may include cognitive behavioral therapy, supportive psychotherapy, psychodynamic therapy, family therapy, medication management and case consultation.
Dr. Brent received her undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware. She completed medical school at Temple University School of Medicine. Residency was completed at Case Western University Hospitals of Cleveland for General Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. A final year of General Psychiatric Residency was finished at Allegheny University Hospital in Philadelphia. She is Board Certified in General Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
