Most recently the firm has represented the insureds of the New York State Liquidation Bureau. It has developed a particular expertise in the defense of doctors, hospitals and their staffs, products and premises liability, labor law cases, as well as general negligence claims. It has also been engaged as appellate counsel in liability matters.
